Yes. You’ll have full ownership of your website content, files, and domain. If you ever cancel your plan, we’ll provide a backup or help migrate your site.
We don’t currently offer fully custom design services. However, the customization we offer within each template is extensive — enough to make your site look and feel original. See examples on our Process page.
Hosting & Maintenance

Yes. If you’re on the Pro Presence or Full Online Business Hosting & Maintenance plan, you get unlimited revisions. See the full breakdown on our Pricing page.
Unlimited edits are intended for reasonable ongoing updates within your website’s existing structure. This includes content changes, image swaps, blog publishing included in your plan, and minor updates. Major redesigns, new functionality, custom development, or large-scale changes may require a separate quote.

Absolutely. Plans are flexible and can be upgraded or changed at any time. Depending on your current billing cycle, plan changes may take effect immediately or at the beginning of your next billing period. Contact support if you need assistance.

Yes. You may cancel your Hosting & Maintenance or Consulting & Management subscription at any time. Monthly and annual plans both remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not result in prorated refunds.
