This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing are handled for services provided by Syba Digital. This policy is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service and does not override them.
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made through Syba Digital are final.
Due to the nature of digital services and the time and resources allocated immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for:
- Completed or partially completed website builds
- Subscription time already used
- Unused time remaining on annual subscription plans after cancellation
- Client delays, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide required materials
- Change of mind after work has started
If you are unsure whether a service is right for your needs, we strongly recommend booking a consultation call before placing an order.
2. Website Build Services
Once a website build order is placed and onboarding has begun:
- No refunds will be issued after work has started
- Delivery timelines depend on timely completion of the Content Gathering Checklist and client responsiveness
- Delays caused by missing content or approvals do not qualify for refunds
If a project is paused due to lack of client input, work may resume once all required materials are received, subject to availability.
3. Subscription Services (Hosting, Maintenance, Consulting)
Ongoing services are offered on both monthly and annual recurring billing cycles through WooCommerce Subscriptions.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support at support@sybadigital.com.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate service access.
Services remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
No refunds are issued for:
- Partial months
- Unused subscription time
- Previously billed cycles
- Annual plans canceled before the end of their term
- Prorated portions of annual subscriptions
Annual plans are offered at discounted pricing in exchange for a longer-term commitment.
Upon cancellation:
- Hosting and maintenance services remain active until the end of the paid term
- Clients may request a site backup or migration before service termination
- Website hosting, maintenance, and management services will end at the close of the billing period
4. Failed Payments & Billing Issues
If a subscription payment fails:
- We may retry payment automatically according to our payment processor’s policies
- Services may be paused or suspended if payment remains unresolved
- Continued non-payment may result in service termination
Clients are responsible for ensuring billing information remains accurate and up to date.
5. Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be issued only at our sole discretion in rare circumstances where services cannot be delivered as agreed due solely to factors within our control.
Any such exceptions do not establish precedent or modify this policy.
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
The most current version will always be published on this page and applies to all new and existing clients unless otherwise stated.
